iPhone 5 not booting but detected!

after install huge of tweaks some of them need reboot and when i did that

the iphone stuck on apple logo but when i connect it to itunes /ifunbox/itools it access normally and i found all my content

the big problem that im not saving my shsh blobs so if did restore im going to loses jailbreak .

so restore not an option !! any idea !?
