Like many of you, I signed up and got a new 2 year contract when the 4s launched. I won't be eligible to upgrade, so how much can I expect to pay if I want the 5 on launch?

Different ones have different programs like early upgrades on AT&T. Or full price is also an option.

If you have AT&T then you are looking at an Early Upgrade which is $250 plus the price of the phone. Or you can purchase a new device outright at $600 or so. Or add a line to your account for $20 more a month for 2 years and pay the 2 year price on the 5 when it comes out. That's what most of us have done, that way your guaranteed an iPhone upgrade every year.
