iPhone 5 Not Finding WiFi Network

Well the excitment the phone arrived!!!!!!!

Its lovely and in perfect condition aesthetically but and a big BUT

It will not see my network unless I'm standing right next to the hub, whats that all about. I rang Apple and they told me to do different things including a restore and update but still nothing. They then said "is it a network issue" but I have another iphone, iPad, Laptop all connected to that network and no problems (I cant even see my neighbours which I can on all the rest)

Now they have said they will arrange collection of this one and another will be delivered in 3 - 5 days

Now Another BUT I have just received the replacement order and that has a delivery date for the end of the month (I Don't think so). So when I get home after my night shift I will be phoning again luckerly its a freephone

Has anyone else had issues with Finding there Network ??

I'll use this thread since I'd hate to make another. The update today seems to have fixed my home wifi issue. However, where I work we have wireless that has a popup page with an accept button. The page pops up but it's blank, and then tells me the server is not responding. I know the Internet here is functioning fine. Anyone have this sort of issue?

Had this same issue with mine. Verified at Apple store when the phone wouldn't see their network. Swapped for a new one!

Settings, general, reset, reset network settings.

Worked for me.
