Really fake. You can see his thumb on top of that video. It's a composite - similar to a green screen effect.

Also, notice that when he exits out of Safari, it quits before he presses the home button. It's just a video layered on top of an iPhone 4.

thats a shame if it is, i like the iphone4 design and the screen going to the edge like that looks cool....

thought i'd share it though being 4s or 5 whatever :)

ImperialX is correct

It's a very good fake though. But yes, it's someone who is very good with video editing. Plus, the icons like music and video are from iPod touches..

No matter how fake it is, if the real iP5 looks similar- I need new pair of underwear just thinking about it.

The iPod app is split into 'music' and 'video' on iOS 5. But yeah, video is fake.

There is another thread with this video being discussed from last night. Prob still on first page.

And yeah, it's a pretty good fake but fake none the less.

Question for those who know about green screens or overlays...

Why does he cover the home button the entire time? That was the dead giveaway for me. he is almost forcing himself to cover that button all the time. U do see the button at some point but only for a split second. And at the very beginning you can see his thumb move and it looks like there is no home button. Why would he have to cover the button if just the screen is overlaid?

Now I'm convinced it is a fake. The date on the lock screen would have matched the calendar icon's if it is real. Thanks for pointing this out.

I find sometimes my Calendar icon doesn't update to show today's date. Not that I think the vid's genuine or anything.
