Ok guys been reading the forums here with the newest jailbreak. I'm going to go ahead and jb my iPad mini retina to 7.1.1. So what do you guys think about my iPhone 5. Right now I'm on 6.1.4 jailbreak and all is working fine. Any reason to upgrade to 7.1.1 and jailbreak? Battery is good with what I have now. Give me some insight guys, thanks.

All I can offer you is my opinion. I am jailbroken on 6.1 and I've got everything iOS 7 has or better. I'm comfortable and everything is working.

For me, there is nothing that iOS 7 offers that is going to make me move heaven and earth on my phone to upgrade and re-jailbreak. All that work to get close to where I started. I will have to research new tweaks to replace those that break and put everything I've got back in order, including all the custom stuff.

I really enjoy what I have right now so for me iOS 7 is not worth all that work. If I needed to be on iOS 7 for anything specific that might be different, but I don't.

Just my opinion.

sounds good, thanks. Yeah, not sure what is in 7 that 6 doesn't have. Then again I've only played with 7 on my iPad but yeah so far all the stuff I have is working good.

Well, 7 has better implementation of DND, call blocking, camera burst mode and slo-mo and a few other things. All of which I already have via tweak or app.

DND with RingerX VIP and Luna give me a complete solution. Anyone I set can ring through even if DND is on and Luna completely cuts off any notifications except on screen even if someone calls back twice! I can combine this with Ringer Events for Activator and the entire enchilada engages when I press the mute switch and disengages when I turn it off. With the exception of alarms, I've managed to make it work as close as it should be to a mute switch as it should be.

There's a burst mode tweak for the camera and plenty of slow mo apps in the app store. So, right there I've got most of the major stuff covered.
