iPhone 5 parts on iPhone 5s

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to use iphone 5 parts on a iphone 5s. To be more specific i mean the sim card tray, volume, on/off and vibrate button. This is because i'm planning on switching around some things on my iphone 5s for a black and white colour customization and the grey iphone 5s parts are not dark enough but the iphone 5 buttons are.

Sim tray is OK.
volume on/off and vibration button are OK but do not swap the any flex cable
