I had/have an iPhone 4 with photostream enabled. On my iPhone 4 I have about 80 or so photos synced. my iPhone 5 only syncs around 18. Everything syncs with my iPhoto.

any ideas?

I noticed that Photostream syncing between my iP5 and Aperture was very slow last night and again this morning. I'm guessing that Apple servers are being slammed with new phone activations and the consequent migration of photo libraries. I bet it will speed up and be back to normal in a few days.

Same here. I have 7 photos showing up on my iPhone. Six were recent iPhone4 photos (I didn't load from a backup) and 1 is an older shot from iPad.

I synced 14 photos fine and my wife synced 80 from hers, it just took a while to upload to the icloud server than back down to the photo stream, but all of her photos updated.

I think I found the issue.. I have about 500-600 photos in Photostream. I've had all these photos (backed up of course x2) of my daughter since she was born (she's 6 months now). I tried to keep photostream clean with only pics of my daughter, so when my family is over I can have the screensaver with pics of her on my Apple TV.

I think moving to my iPhone 5 on Saturday, it loaded photos only from 30 days ago because that's the way it's supposed to work. I never erased or messed with it on my 4S. I still have my ALL my photos through Photostream on my Mac and my Apple TV.

I think I may just erase it and upload my album of my daughter to Photostream and start over...
