iPhone 5 - pictures NOT saving

Hi all,

Just got a new iPhone 5, and whenever i try to take a picture a little preview appears on the bottom left of the screen in the camera app but if i click on it, the picture that opens is the last picture i took on my iPhone 4! (the restored pictures).

The phone doesnt seem to be saving any picture/video.

I tried restoring twice, and still the same issue..

Any1 facing this issue and was able to resolve it?
