iPhone 5 Preorder - Switch Carrier

I'm currently with AT&T and have three iPhone 4 on the account. Two of the 3 lines have ended their contract, one we will have to pay the termination fee (175) to switch to Verizon.

My question is - how do I do this? I would like to keep my current number and be able to preorder the iPhone 5 for Verizon.

My first preference would be to do this through the Apple preorder website. Any suggestions as to what I should do to preorder the iPhone 5?
