Does anyone know where resellers download the iPhone 5 (or other Apple product) advertising from for their stores/publications?

AFAIK most of the product ads are made by the re-sellers themselves or independant ad companies.

Apple does provide high resolution images of all their products for press and media: http://www.apple.com/pr/products/
