Guy on my facebook page claims he just came from China and this is a Iphone 5S Prototype. I'm sure its not real....just looks interesting

That's one of them knock-offs; the designs are so ridiculous.

EDIT: Glad to see they are on the 5S in China already.
 
Ugliest thing I have ever seen....Apple would never put the logo on the front of the phone lol
 
hideous! After all these years with apple, this thing would be what makes me jump to android haha.
 
Why would it be called the 5S, since when did 5 release. It looks like some ridiculous cheap china toy, well it is. But, the packaging does look okay, at least they did try in some extent. (Had to put some positivity in this post ^^)
 
Ask 'your friend' to turn it on and show a pic of the phone settings. If the gawdy front wasn't an indicator, that will be.

I sooooo love that Apple logo on the front though. Very 80's retro! :D that was sarcasm, btw.
 
Let's use common sense. China mass produces products that are shipped and sold to consumers. Apple produces their own prototypes. Second of all come on... That phone looks like a POS.m

Ur not serious are u? I've seen 5 million "iPhone 5" prototypes and this is by far the most rediculous, hideous, cheapest, ugliest example I have ever seen. . If u were for one second concerned that this may be what the real iPhone would look like, i got some nice ocean front property in Arizona to sell u.

Lol it was a joke man :) And I totally agree, it's ugly. So just chill lol it's all good.
 
aside from all the obvious reasons this isn't an apple product, since when do prototypes come in retail packaging?
