This has been happening ever since I got the iPhone 5, and it is driving me ABSOLUTELY insane.
When the iPhone 5 reaches about 78% battery life, the charging will randomly start dropping out and reconnecting (via USB port attached to the computer).

I'm not sure if it does it via the wall charger because I haven't been able to check yet. A Google search comes up with nothing relating to this problem and the iPhone 5.

It's done it about 10 times in the past 5 minutes and I'm really getting sick of the windows 'usb connected' noise and notifications that happen every 5 seconds.

Anybody had anything similar? Lightning connector is a nightmare.
