iPhone 5 – Reminders

How do I enable links in Reminders on my iPhone 5? For example, I want to be able to type in (or preferably say) a phone number and be reminded at a time. I can do this by adding the phone number in notes or the title but I cannot click it to call it; instead, I must copy and paste in phone.app.

Is there a way to just click the phone number and call?

Is there a way to tell Siri "Remind me to call 000-000-0000 at 12PM tomorrow" and be able to click on the number when 12PM comes?

Haven't tried that but when I post via Siri to call Joe Blow at 11 am it will post a call link IF Joe Blow is in my contacts.
