IPhone 5 restarts

I have an iPhone 5 that restarts itself. This started today and has happened about 10 times during today. It happens when I use it and when I don't. I have tried to restart it and done a hard restart and also today upgraded to IOS9 (the problem started before I upgraded to IOS9).

Have anyone had the same problem or do anyone know what can be the problem?

Have you tried a complete restore (setting up the phone as new) to see if that might get rid of the issue? It could be some type of a hardware issue as well, in which case there's not that much you can do by trying to play around with iOS itself--you might need to take it to an Apple store if you can to have them look at it.
