Ok so I just got my iphone 5 and went into the email from ATT and trying to get it set up. Now I set it up on my actual phone but its showing no service in the upper left hand corner. In the email it is asking me for a (Smart chip ICCID number) And Idk where how to get it. Can anyone please help me please?? I have been looking on macrumors for years just never created an account until today to figure this out.
