Sticker Boy sells them. As do companies like iCarbon, the lucky labs, etc.
I currently have my white iPhone with black vinyl on the top/bottom of the back with a clear protector in the middle. Sides are wrapped in brushed aluminum and front is wrapped in black (which covers the sides of the screen).
I don't have a picture of the front, but it's not hard to imagine. Looks just like the iPhone 4.
Here are some other pictures from various leaked images prior to release to give you a better idea what it'll look like.
