When I connect my iPhone 5 to my car stereo, or my headphones music only come out one side. At first I thought it was my headphones but I tried another set and it was the same and only comes out one car speaker too. Any suggestions?

Go to Settings - General - Accessibility - Mono Audio ... is it turned on? If its not that, Apple will probably have you do a reset / reboot and possible iOS reload before replacing the device.
Thanks for the advice. Although it wasn't the mono button, there was a left/right volume on that screen. I've adjusted it and it works perfectly now!
