iPhone 5 sprint, hotspot question!

Hi

I have an iphone 5 on sprint and unlimited data obviously, but O know that sprint charge an extra fee for the hotspot feature, but when I go to settings and hotspot, I'm being able to turn and use hotspot for free!

I'm my 4s it says that I have to call sprint in order to activate that feature!

Any Ideas, does your let you use the feature or you have to call sprint?
