iPhone 5 static

Has anyone else had static lines on there screen while in the App store?
Twice now I had flickering lines that look like the static from old TVs when the cable goes out. Only coloured. Does that make sense? I tried doing a screen shot but it didn't capture it. I’m afraid my screen is going to die on my new phone.

Next time I will try to take a picture with my iPad.

Many have been having this issue. This problem has occurred to me twice one in the app store and one while opening a folder with two apps. I have since then wiped the phone for the 3rd time and set it up as a new phone. The previous time I had restored from my past 4s settings.Im hoping this will fix the problem..
