Iphone 5 stays on 100% for 40 minutes usage

After I full charge my iphone 5, I have to use at least 40 minutes before it drops to 99%. After %99 it drops to %98 lot faster.

I restored my phone, setup as a new device and did hard reset. This problem didn't happened like 2 days and phone stayed on 100% only 20 minutes usage.

Today I am having the same problem. Is this normal or the phone is defected

Historically, 100% and 1% were always the longest lasting battery levels on iPhones. I've had all iPhones from the 3G to the 5 and all of them displayed the same behaviour.
