Hey guys, so a guy who lives near my town is selling an iPhone 5. He claims he tried to update to the latest iOS and while it was updating, his computer shut down. Now he says the iPhone is stuck in recovery mode and gives the 3194 error everytime he tries to update. I'm thinking of buying it and fixing it. Is it fixable?
