iPhone 5 stuck on restoring and updating.

My iPhone 5 on ios 7.0.6 won't restore and update. I can't turn it and and have tried different computers and usb ports and still nothing is happening. I've tried putting it into dfu mode and still nothing happens. On the iphone screen it shows an Apple logo with the progress bar not updating. iTune is up to date.

Are you trying to restore iOS 7.0.6? iOS 7.1 is the only version of iOS being signed right now.
