My iPhone 5 is unlocked through my carrier tmobile. My question is if I report my phone lost/stolen will I still be able to use my iPhone 5 even if it's unlock before they block the imei number? If it's block can u call tmobile to unblock it? I know my question doesn't make sense because I unlock it by giving tmobile my imei number.. Then tmobile will block the imei number that's been unlock? So that makes my phone unusable. Or not? And will they block my lost phone right that same day once I do an insurance claim?

your question is so confusing.

If you report your phone stolen, it will not work on any GSM network in the USA (supposedly). the IMEI will be blacklisted.

Not sure why you would report your phone lost/stolen if its not lost/stolen though.
