I have a problem with the touch screen of my Iphone 5. It doesn't respond to anything, although home and power buttons do work.
Yesterday the touch screen did this for a short time, about a minute, but today when it happened again, the phone didn't recover from this.
I tried doing a hard reset and restoring but neither of this solved the problem. At the moment the phone is stuck at the first step of configuring. Are there any solutions to this or I must change the phone?
