iPhone 5 Unlocked looking for Prepaid Help

I have an unlocked iPhone 5 and I am Canadian. I am traveling to Orlando and I want to be able to buy a sim card in the airport and pop it into my iPhone. What sim card should I get? Prepaid?

The only ones you can walk into a store and buy are AT&T and Tmobile.

AT&T gets you unlimited talk and text for $50 no data
Tmobile gets you unlimited talk and text with 500mb of 3G for $50.

AT&T has a GoPhone prepaid plan that's $65 per month for unlimited talk & text + 1GB of data.
