I have a verizon iphone 5s. I kept it on 6.1.2 just in case if I wanted to jailbrake. I never did. Now I want to upgrade to ios 7.0 OTA. I think I have to to the update to 6.1.4 first then another OTA to 7.0. However, while trying to do the 6.1.4 OTA update I get an error and it says try again later.

Are the servers just overloaded or will it just not let me to 6.1.4 OTA anymore? I am trying to avoid downloading 7.0 in itunes and doing a restore because I don't want to loose my data plus it's always a pain to set everything back up.

Should I wait a bit for the 6.1.4 OTA update when the server usage calms down or is it ever going to happen?
