For those looking at this thread, I assume you have an iPhone 5 and use winterboard as well (if not, maybe you can help too
)
If you open up the notes app, type something, click send via message.
does your keyboard show up raised up like such?

It's a long story but let's say I have been restoring a bunch these last two weeks. Today, I suspected winterboard was causing this because i just restored yesterday and i noticed the keyboard problem at night (the time before that i restored was the 11th and i couldn't recall if i had this keyboard problem or not at that time) and yesterday, i recall only downloading a few tweaks (like 4 or 5) and one of them included winterboard
Today, I decided to test it so i opened up my notes app and click send via message, no keyboard problems
i went into cydia and installed the theme called Translucent Notification Center and its dependencies were winterboard and pincrush
after installing, it asked to reboot so i did. right after reboot, i opened the notes app and click send via message and BAM, the keyboard problem!!
i did not even open winterboard to apply the theme, all i did was install it and reboot. i am not sure if it is winterboard itself or winterboard and another tweak. Uninstalling winterboard or booting up with mobilesubstrate disabled has never fixed this the few times i got this bug (i don't theme my phone)
i will be doing a lot of restoring and testing to see if it's the app itself or a conflictment with another tweak i have
. I have already emailed saurik about it, i hope he responds soon!
However, when I have an app that runs on the 3.5" resolution, the problem doesn't occur (which probably explains why the majority of people don't experience the problem)

I hope I didn't make this too long but it would be very helpful if you guys were able to give me feedback. It could potentially benefit the many people that experience this problem, including you!
I will be your guinea pig for this matter
I always hate to restore, takes me 2-3 hours to bring it to a state that i am comfortable with (i manually restore everything: texts, pictures, notes, downloading apps, setting up the settings for apps/notification center/stock settings, etc.;
I know, it's probably overkill but I'm not comfortable with iTunes restoring from backup because I just don't know what has been restored with the backup; I like to start anew since I have the ability to with the jailbreak)
