Hi all. I brought the iPhone 5 when it came in october in Denmark where i live. After all I've taken really good care of it, still i can't believe that the "lock" button don't work in the right side, and when i plug in the charger. It doesn't connect right away and seem to be very very sensitive.

I heard a lot of people having these problems. But do some of you have any idea of how Apple will take care of these problems? I have brought it from their web side and i wonder if i just could return and then they could fix it.

Thank you.

They won't fix it but they will replace it. I had the lock button issue too. Got a new phone. If you have no store you can send it to them.

hi, you can go to the after-sale service center for help. after all ,they are professional.;)

yet another one of these threads.

Power button flex cable is messed up. Were you jailbroken?
