iPhone 5 - various problems

I am now waiting on my third replacement from Apple.

Ordered a 64GB Black on launch day and received a phone with:

- A dent in the back
- Raised blotch on the side
- Dent on back rim
- Screen clicking on left corner press
- Paint coming off from the chamfered edge

The dents and screen click didn't bother me too much, but as I was wiping the phone, the paint started to come away on the edge - so I called Apple.

New device arrived (October 11th) and has the following problems:

- Screen clicks again when I push the lower left corner
- Unit rattles loudly when handling or putting down
- When the unit vibrates it makes a buzzing noise
- Scratches on bottom of chamfered edge
- Large stuck dust particle(s) under the camera lens
- Camera cannot take straight pictures, lens set at a weird angle

I was told this replacement would be rushed through as a priority and come straight from the factory in China. Finish was a lot better than my original and was very happy with it until all of the above problems.

New one is supposed to come around Nov 7th. Two duff phones and now a very long wait.

They said I have to send the second replacement back before they will even send out a third - which I can understand, but it's their fault really.

So now, I have to wait for a call from the delivery company to pick it up - which could be in a few days too.
