iphone 5 vibrates at noon

I have an iPhone 5 running the ios 7.02. My phone vibrates when it hits certain hours of the day. Definitely at 12 pm, and I want to say at 9 am and 9pm as well. Is this some kind of defect or is it a regular thing? I am also sure that it did it when I had ios 6 as well. The only thing I can find on any forum is about random vibrating. This is definitely not random as it happens every day on the hours noted. Let me know what you think.
