Has the vibrator in the iPhone 5 been changed since it was first released? I had a day one iPhone 5 which, as was mentioned during its early stages, was much stronger than the 4s'. Yesterday my 5 went swimming, so I grabbed a new one today, and the vibrator is not even close to as strong.

I'll leave the vibrator jokes to someone else.

I bought two iphone 5's at the same time and I swear that one vibrates harder than the other.

All obvious jokes aside, the vibrator being a moving part, surely there would be some room for differences in how it feels?

I mean you can tell the difference between vibes on each model (quite easily).

Some seem more "internal".

No doubt all vibrators are not the same as we have two iPhone 5 units in the family and they vibrate quite differently!
