virgin mobile iphones are not unlocked and your chances of getting it unlocked are slim. They are pretty anal about it.

I think if you buy Unlocked Iphone 5s from Virgin Mobile can use it with other operator(In Europe).

Except Virgin Mobile doesn't sell unlocked iPhones... the phones they sell are all locked to Virgin Mobile ONLY. You can't even port that phone to sprint, the network VM uses.
