iPhone 5 Vodafone Tracking Issues

Hey guys!

When I'm trying to check the order status for my iPhone 5 pre-order, it's now showing as 'sorry, we don't recongnise your order number'. I managed to check it yesterday, but today that's all I'm getting.

Is anyone else having the same issue?

I'm a "new customer", actually voda were my original network from '99 to 08, but I was seduced to O2 when they had iPhone exclusivity. Now leaving as my phone spends more time without reception than with...

Are you new or do you have an existing contract with them?
 
I'm a new customer too, I took a new contract out with them when I pre-ordered on Friday.

It's a little strange that we can't check the order status, perhaps we should just sit and wait it out?
 
I have been with vodafone for years and upgraded on Friday. Received a text with my web-xxxx tracking number and it's the same as yours so no panic
