iPhone 5 Vodafone UK Nano Sim Problems

Went into my local Vodafone store to request a Nano Sim for my new iPhone 5.

They are completely useless and had no idea, apparently I have to go back on iPhone 5 release day and see if they have available stock if they do, then I can get a nano sim

So potentially I could have a new iPhone 5 on 21st without a Nano Sim
