iPhone 5 voicemail question

My iphone5 goes to voicemail too quickly. I can't find any controls for changing this.

Can it be changed?

I mean, I need to have more time to get to the phone before it goes to voicemail. I can't see any way of setting the length of time or number of times it rings before it goes to voicemail.

With mine thats within the settings from the network not within the iPhone.

To others who may have the same problem: Solved this, by calling the provider and typing in a very strange code they gave me ...
