iPhone 5 w new OS7. Dragon not working?

I downloaded OS 7 on iPhone 5 today. I uninstalled Dragon Dictation and reinstalled it, and it still gives me a message about "sorry message not recognized" It worked perfectly earlier today on OS 6.
