iPhone 5 Wallet Style Case

Anyone have some suggestions for an iPhone 5 wallet style case? Leather or any other material is fine. I really like the ikonic edge superslim w cardholder but cannot justify the price.
 
Problem with these cases is when you get a call and then you've got the sleeve slapping in your face.

I had the BookBook for the 4S, ended up selling it with the phone last week. It was nice and all (and it never slapped me in the face because I folded it back into my hand during calls) but I think I'll go with something else this time. I'm too inconsistent with wearing cases. I would take it out and then leave without my wallet sometimes.
 
I'd be interested in seeing what non-leather options are available. I love BookBook but cannot due the leather stuff. Any ideas?
 
TwelveSouth better make a hole for the camera this time around, its pretty stupid to expect users to slide their phone up every time they want to take a picture.
