Hi folks,
My iPhone 5 doesn't charge properly. It keeps losing the connection when I plug it to an outlet or a computer. I even bought a new lightning cable.
Desperate, I looked inside the connector (the one on my phone. The slot where the lightning cable fits in) and there it was. There's one pin missing!
I'm taking it to an apple store this friday. I assume they'll give me a new one right away. That's what they've always done with me in cases like this.
Now, my question is:
The iPhone 5 isn't sold anymore because its place has been taken by the 5c. Would it be possible that they replace my iPhone 5 for an iPhone 5c?
Other years, if you had an old model still in warranty they still had it in production so I don't think we've been in this situation before.
