iPhone 5 weird internet issue

I've just got an iPhone 5 on Three in the UK but I'm having some weird issues with the internet. Everything works fine on wifi but on the mobile network I can't download anything in any of my apps apart from email where everything works as normal and I can download large attachments without any issue. Siri also occasionally will fetch data too.

Any ideas?

UPDATE:

Personal hotspot also works. So I can share my data but not use it on the actual phone.
