[Edit]: Thanks to the anandtech iPhone 5 review, 150 is the max. Will get this deleted.
Hoping someone else with a Time Capsule (or really with any other router) can verify this.
Restored Time Capsule to default, then ran through default setup (creates both a 5.0 GHz and 2.4 GHz network and devices automatically connect to the fastest network).
Question 1:
Is that the max the iPhone 5 supports? 150 Mbps?
Question 2:
Can anyone else verify their iPhone 5 Transmit Speeds with both LTE on and off?

- My rMBP connects (and stays at) 450 Mbps on the 5.0 GHz band
- With LTE off, my iPhone 5 connects at 150 Mbps on the 5.0 GHz band
- With LTE on, the phone connects at 54-72 Mbps on the 5.0 GHz band
