iPhone 5 with finger from rubber glove in box

I unpacked my new factory sealed iPhone 5 64GB and found a finger from a rubber glove included. Anyone else ever have something like this happen?

LOL! Oh man.. that just shows how questionable the quality control center is (if there is any in existence).

And that really sucks for the employee who almost lost a finger.
