Hi, my laptop was damaged beyond repair, I bought a new laptop 2day, just installed itunes, when I try and connect my iphone 5c to itunes it comes up with the following message "to allow access please respond on your iphone" but theres nothing to respond to on my phone, tried uninstalling and reinstalling itunes a few times and same thing kept happening, im completly lost, anyone any ideas?
