iPhone 5C is a better match for iOS7 than iPhone 5s

Both phones look pretty much the same when faced head on. I don't understand what you mean here really? Are you suggesting because the 5C is colourful, it is a better match? I personally think iOS 7 suits the iP5, iP5S and iP5C pretty perfectly.
A product is more than just about it's face. The colour matched backgrounds, the sliver of colour around the front screen, the bright plastic back, it all works in one cohesive package. It's the first phone Ive has designed after becoming in charge of both hardware and software design.
