iPhone 5c keeps randomly vibrating

As the title says, my iPhone is vibrating randomly with no notifications. It's done this now 4 times in the last 24 hours, anyone else having this problem?

The stock mail app will trigger this if you're using gmail and have social/promotions emails come in. I just disabled the stock mail app entirely, since gmail is all I use.

I just looked in my gmail app and I had 2 emails that I didn't receive a notification of so I'm guessing that's what these random vibrations were, how do u turn off the stock mail app?

go to settings, mail, and go to your accounts listed there and turn them off.
