Hi,

I had started using an iPhone 5C with
a MBP. I synched the phone with this
computer for the last time about two
months ago. So contacts' information,
and perhaps other information was
synched into this iPhone.

I recently started using an 11" MBA.
The camera in the iPhone couldn't
take any more pictures because it was
too full. I dumped all the pictures and
videos I had done with the iPhone 5C
into the 11" MBA. As wished, the
iPhone kept all pictures and videos
previously taken.

After I saw that the pictures and
videos were safe in the computer,
I started erasing the pictures and
videos from the phone I didn't need.
Since then, I have had the problem
that the iPhone only opens the camera
when I double-click on the symbol,
but when i want to make a picture or
video, it is not possible!

Any suggestions will be greatly
appreciated !!!

Thank you, kind regards,

igmolinav : ) !!!

Does your phone still not have any available space?

You can take a look at what is taking up space in your phone by going to Settings > General > Usage > Manage Storage
