IPhone 5c requires specific id

Ive got an iPhone 5c from us with its sim and i cant bypass the icloud in all known ways because it requires a specific id o*******@yahoo.com . And the awner cant give me his id

There is not. That's the whole point of the activation lock.

Do you live close to the person that owned the phone before you and you got it from? If you do you can bring the phone to them and get them to log into their account on the phone and they can wipe the phone clear and delete their account and everything from the phone. That will reset the phone back to factory and should solve the problem.
