iPhone 5c totally dead.

Ok so I'm sitting here with a friends iPhone. It is not responding in any way, it won't turn on, it is not appearing in iTunes.

I've tried all the basics, holding home and sleep/wake button, tried to kick it in to recovery mode. There is no sign of life. Scary almost. I don't know how long it has been sitting around without power, but it is plugged into my macbook as of right now.


So now I could use your help, I know there are some geniuses here

Leave it plugged in and come back in an hour or so. It might just be so drained that it won't boot up even when plugged in. It happens.

Plug it in via the usb and ac charger for several hours.
