I think this is a common problem, I'm hoping someone to come up with a solution by now. I own the iPod touch fifth generation and I connect that to my Panasonic stereo system via Bluetooth with no problems whatsoever. I bought myself an iPhone yesterday and have been trying to pair it up with the Panasonic stereo system without any luck whatsoever. I've turned Bluetooth off on the iPod because someone suggested that they won't accept to devices. However, it can't find the Panasonic stereo unit, and it seems that the Panasonic stereo unit doesn't seem to be able to locate the iPhone either.

I'm sort of hoping that someone has got a fix for this because one of the reasons I bought this phone was to pair up with my Alpine car stereo so I could take phone calls and also stream music. It's gonna be a waste of 300 quid if I can't get it to work.

Thank you in advance
