Anyone eligible for upgrade but receiving an error saying they are not?
I had to enter in my data 5 times before it loaded with this!!! Then I did it again and it was back to saying not eligible.

Why are you worried?

Preorders don't even start until the 13th for the 5C and the 20th for the 5S. It's not like you can upgrade today. Give the excitement some time to die down and Apple some time to get stuff into the system.
