iPhone 5s after jailbreaking - hard to wake up

Hello
I have jail break my iPhone 5s 3 days ago and also update to the latest version with Cydia.
In the last 2 hours after I've uninstall some non working tweaks I have a problem waking up the phone - I mean that the phone is on but when I press on the power or the home button the phone is not waking up, I need to long press the power button to come to the turn off the phone and press cancel or to press on the home button with the power for 3 sec to wake up the screen.
Is there any thing I can do to fix this problem? Or I need to restore the phone and re jailbreaking it?

Maybe an activator action is set for your power button?
Tried a hard reset? Hold power and home button until the phone reboots.
